The high-end luxurious essence is apparent upon entering the main level and greeted with the open floor plan design featuring tongue and groove walls, designer lighting, electric fireplace with surrounding stack stone and stylish durable vinyl plank flooring. This property offers a total turn key theme by offering upgrades and classy touches in every realm. For example, the fully equipped kitchen boasts all wood cabinetry (with soft-close feature), granite countertops, and black stainless appliances. There is a nifty and somewhat unique granite island with lower cabinets facing the kitchen, with an adjacent high-top walnut slab bar top with three barstools on the great room side. The dining area features a walnut dinner table with built in extensions to allow flexible seating arrangements. In fact, there is a separate granite top coffee bar serving station with custom wall shelving near the first level covered deck. It is to be noted that a charcoal grill is located outside the covered front porch entry for guest's use. Transitioning to the upper level does not escape attention to detail by having a "child stop barrier" for a safety feature. The stairs begin in the back right corner of the main level and lead to a halfway point landing then pivots to continue to the second level.
