- Wow, this was a builders house, he grew up in it bought it couple of years ago, added on garage, remodeled it and it's beautiful, solid and very big. Believe the tax card is wrong, it says unfinished basement of 1100 sq ft and I believe it was all finished. But this house was beautiful and large and buyers are turning it into a overnite rental, it's near the big comples and gp high school so they'll probably make a killing.
