The riverfront land is improved with a 1930's-era log cabin which is currently rented. The property is easily accessed from the Parkway (US 441) as one enters the mountain resort city of Gatlinburg from Pigeon Forge. It seems best suited for hotel or resort development. Much of the property is mountainous, so it will require considerable site work.
