The cabin is open for showings from Monday, September 27th through Thursday, September 30th. Please call/text Jay on his cell for the door code. NOTE: There is a separate from HOA optional amenity fee to use the pool and other amenities within the resort. The current cost, should someone want to use these amenities, for this cabin is $300/month. I was told by the HOA manager for The Preserve Resort the water would be individually metered on cabins at some point in 2022. Currently the water is included within the $2,000 annual HOA fee (paid $500 quarterly). As with all real estate transactions Buyers should do their own due diligence and verify all information independently, including square footage and HOA info.
