The kitchen and the barn do not have heat or air, there is a propane heater in barn but it would need separate tank. Two wells on property. One at bottom of property one on top. Small house has central heat and air. It's pretty new, has nice covered porch and again great views. So many things you could do with this. B & B overnite rentals, etc all let the kids have a house and love the land and gets pets!! The cellular towner is on top of the hill, they maintain the road to it. Brings in $14,283. a year. Renewal increases every 5 years up 15%. (6% cap rate) They say they have been great about keeping the road up. On the road up there is where the septics were put in but they never built on them. So, what do you think this would be good as?? Could do big overnite b & b, use the kitchen to feed, or big restaurant, or build the houses on the septics, live in the 2 bdr house while renting out. Check in at the bottom of the Apple store. It needs work, son has been living there on and off for few years, repairing it. Still some left to do, but POTENTIAL IS BIG HERE!!! Or live in your big house & let the kids live in little house & sit outside and look at your view and live your life there. Could do some animals with some clearing. This property is in estate, no negotiation room, ''as is''. The son is here every now and then doing clean up, repairing, etc. But it's a awesome property.
